PhotoClassic Photography Information and Training

I provide a variety of training opportunities in both group and one-to-one sessions. The details of all the photographic workshops I have organised for 2011 are listed below. As well as practical workshops, I am available to give a variety of talks and lectures. I will also be happy to consider any requests for individual training on any photographic subject. In my Kit Reviews Section I give an honest opinion on items of photographic and expedition kit that I have used. Due to the nature of much of my work, I tend to be harder on kit than many people, so you will get an honest, no-holds-barred opinion on any item covered there.

Please read some of the feedback we have had from previous workshops:

"I used photoclassic for a weekend workshop. The workshop gave me access to one of the UKs top fine art models, in addition to well researched and available Landscape locations. Teaching was of high quality and available whenever required. All this and at a good price too, I'd have no hesitation in recommending photoclassic's workshops to anyone, at any level of photography."

"The stunning wilderness which surrounded us in the Assynt figure workshop was simply inspirational. Howard took time out to give us one-on-one support as and when we needed it, and took us through a variety of techniques and situations. The model selected for the weekends figure work was highly professional, and considerate to our level of experience. All in all, this was a weekend to remember, and the perfect springboard into the sublime world of fine-art figure photography."
Guy Carnegie

"Just a short note to say thank you for a wonderful trip. Tsavo (East & West), Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Kakamega in one trip - fantastic. Highlights have to be the elephant herd at Tsavo East and Hyena of the Mara, not forgetting the big cats of course! Howard's knowledge of the Kenyan bird species is also worthy of mention; his ornithological skill added real value to the trip. Cant wait to go on my next."
